Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Library Science, Communication, or Aviation-related fields
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the aviation industry or flight operations
Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Aviation and Flight Operations (Pilot, FOO, EOB)
In-depth knowledge of aeronautical publications (AIP, NOTAM, Jeppesen, ICAO documentation)
Familiar with the structure and content of operations-related documents:
Company Operations Manuals (OM-A through OM-D)
AFM, MEL, CDL, FCOM, QRH, and Pilot Checklists
EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) content management and update process
Experience:
Experience in flight support, aviation publication management, and airline flight operations documentation
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (DGCA, ICAO, IOSA) and audit readiness
Exposure to document control systems (e.g., Web Manuals, DocuNet) is a strong advantage
Skills:
Strong planning, organizing, and policy development abilities
High attention to detail in tracking and revising controlled documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English proficiency
Capable of working independently, managing deadlines, and performing under pressure
